Shipping countries + Shipping costs

 

Germany: 5 € (2-4 business days) 

EU: 15 € (2-8 business days)

Outside EU: 30 € (depends on destination)

Taxes and customs duties are not paid for shipments outside the EU and must be paid by the end customer.

Please note that the production time can take up to 2 weeks due to the fact that it is handmade fashion. This is not included in the shipping time.

Return policy

Return period
You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for the return
The goods must be unused and in their original condition.

Procedure for the return
Please contact our customer service at gaertner.ines00@gmail.com to obtain the address for the return shipment. The return shipment can be carried out with the shipping service provider of choice, but must be borne by the customer. The customer is liable for lost packages. 

Return costs
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Refund
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal period
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Start of the withdrawal period
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Declaration of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ines Gärtner, gaertner.ines00@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. e-mail).

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Return of the goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.
